The Sixth Circuit has rejected “taxi drivers in Guatemala,” “taxi drivers living in the poppy producing region of Guatemala,” and “Guatemala taxi drivers who have refused gang recruitment and extortion,” finding that employment-based social groups are not legally cognizable.
